New Hospital Safety Scores were just released for hospitals across the U.S. including 36 hospitals in the greater Iowa market area. Scores were assigned to 24 hospitals in Iowa with seven (7) receiving an "A". The latest update to the Hospital Safety Scores, the A, B, C, D or F scores assigned to hospitals, were based on preventable medical errors, injuries, accidents, and infections.
