The Leapfrog Group published Hospital Safety Scores for the first time earlier this year and will continue to do so a on a regular basis in the future. Consumer Reports magazine also included hospital patient safety scores in a recent issue.
Dr. Ashish Jha from Harvard launched a blog entitled "An Ounce of Evidence". It discusses Profits, Quality, and U.S. Hospitals as well as Hospital Rankings Get Serious.
